Fw: Montana asserts states rights-finally some guts……..enough is enough….the Federal Govt has far exceeded the powers granted it by the Constitution….and is run by people who are not even elected or chosen by the people thru a truthful and informative elective process….this amounts to a Tyranny, not a Republic or Democratic form of governing in which the ” people hold the power” meaning of the Greek Word , Democracy, mind you, not Mobocracy as many who soil the Ideal claim……anyway, Bravo for Montana….these are suppose to be the ” United States” not Subjugated States….United under Law and Protections elucidated by the Declaration of Independence and Constitution….a Federal Tyranny and Phobocracy is not the vision of the Founding Fathers , and not what so many people sacrificed their lives and labors for in the past……Sorry , but its time to trim the feathers on a runaway govt that parades before its people with haughtiness and arrogance…..we do not need nor want for our children nor our fellow citizens a Plusiocratic Oligarchic Stratocracy which operates thru Fear, Intimidation, even Violence…….suppressing dissension, and exorting the wealth and labors of its people….Bravo for Montana….I hope other State wake up to their Sovereign and Legal Rights to protect themselves and their citizens from Centralized Tyranny……and Hypocrisy….Washington has turned into what the last to Letters behind it describe….D.C. ..District of Criminal or District of Corruption take you pick…..B:/
